Terms of Service

1. Overview

These terms govern your use of StartupCloudCredits and any services you purchase, including AWS credit accounts and AWS Activate application assistance.

2. Advisory services

Our AWS Activate assistance is advisory only. We prepare and strengthen applications but do not and cannot guarantee approval. Only Amazon Web Services approves AWS Activate applications. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon Web Services, Inc.

3. Credit accounts

AWS credits and accounts are governed by the AWS Customer Agreement and may carry transfer or usage restrictions. We share the credit balance, validity window and applicable terms before purchase. You are responsible for reviewing these terms and ensuring the arrangement fits your needs.

4. Payment

Pricing is confirmed before any order. Payment is due as agreed at the point of order. All fees are stated transparently with no hidden charges.

5. Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, use any account or credits lawfully, and comply with all applicable AWS policies and agreements.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
