Refund Policy
1. Advisory services
Because AWS Activate assistance is advisory work delivered as time and expertise, fees for completed work are generally non-refundable. If we have not begun work, you may cancel for a full refund.
2. Credit accounts
Once a verified account has been delivered and credentials handed over, the sale is generally final because the credit value has been transferred. If we fail to deliver a working account as described, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund.
3. How to request a refund
Contact us with your order details within 7 days of the transaction. We review each request fairly and respond promptly.
4. Disputes
We aim to resolve any issue directly and fairly before it escalates. Reach out and we will work with you.
